RubyPlum Return Policy
We are sure you will be excited to receive the wonderful RubyPlum products, however if you were expecting something very different, we can refunds your goods the following guidelines apply.

We would need to receive your RubyPlum product within 30 days of your purchase. RubyPlum products would need to be in new condition and postage back to RubyPlum would be at your expense. We will refund your money once the goods have been received and checked.

If your Ruby Plum product arrives to you in a damaged condition in any way, please be sure to contact us and we will have a new product sent out, once we've received the damaged goods. However, if any damage is incurred while using a RubyPlum item, unfortunately we will not be able to offer a refund or exchange.
